Library Help Desk Services


Our promise to you:
  1. The library staff gives a wide range of presentations to library users, to enable users to use the library to its maximum potential. These presentations educate users on the use of different online databases for literature searching.

  2. We provide advice and support on all aspects of library services, including: OPAC, e-resources (databases, e-journals and e-books), information research skills support, information relating to external information sources and information management.

  3. Services are available from Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.During these hours you will be able to talk to a librarian immediately.

  4. Face-to-face assistance is available during staffed opening hours.

  5. Our electronic (Service) is available 24/7.
